Training programs

The training covers the three pillars of the analytics ecosystem: GA4 for data analysis, Google Tag Manager for collection, and Looker Studio for reporting. Each program is structured in progressive modules: fundamentals for marketing profiles who consult reports, intermediate for those who configure the tools, and advanced for technical profiles who architect tracking.

The GA4 training covers the reporting interface, event-based logic, exploration creation (funnel, path, cohorts), audience and conversion configuration, and Data API usage. The GTM training covers container structure, trigger/tag/variable logic, data layer, debug mode, and advanced use cases (regex, lookup tables, custom templates). The Looker Studio training covers source connections, report building, calculated fields, and automated sharing.

Format and pedagogy

Training sessions are delivered on-site at your premises or remotely via video conference, in groups of 4 to 10 people. Duration ranges from a half-day awareness session to a full two-day program. Each session alternates between theory and practice: concepts are immediately applied in the tools, preferably using the client’s real data.

Hands-on workshops represent at least 60% of training time. Participants configure a GTM container themselves, create a Looker Studio report, or set up event tracking end to end. We work on real-world cases from their business, not generic examples. Each participant leaves with detailed course materials and access to a supplementary resource hub (tutorials, templates, checklists).

Tailored programs and certification

For teams with specific needs, a tailored program is built after a scoping interview. We identify participants’ current skill level, tools already in place, and operational goals to achieve. Content is adapted accordingly: an e-commerce team does not have the same priorities as an editorial team or an IT department overseeing the tagging plan.

Google certification preparation (GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio) can be integrated into the program. Google Skillshop certifications are free but the preparation content is often superficial. The training provides in-depth understanding that goes beyond multiple-choice questions: understanding why a configuration is recommended, not just which answer to pick. Participants who complete the full program typically earn their certification within two weeks after the training.
