A tracking audit in Europe in 2026 ranges from €1,500 to €7,000 fixed fee depending on site complexity. Typical ROI
On the last 18 months of audit + correction missions:
- Average Google Ads recovery: 22% (range 12-41%)
- Average Meta recovery: 17% (range 9-32%)
Three concrete examples:
- Ecommerce ~€10M tracked revenue: Pro audit €3,200 + corrections €4,800 = €8,000. Recovery measured 60 days later: +27% Google Ads, +19% Meta. ROI in 4 weeks.
- B2B lead gen (~2,000 leads/month): Pro audit €3,200 + CRM integration €5,800 = €9,000. Google Ads CPA divided by 2.1 at 90 days. ROI in 6-8 weeks on €30K/month Ads budget.
- Paywalled media platform: Platform audit €5,500 + Consent Mode Advanced €4,500 = €10,000. +17% modeled
subscribeconversions. ROI in 10 weeks.
ROI depends on paid media spend and initial maturity. €5K/month Ads: ROI may take 6 months. €100K/month: usually weeks.
Why cheaper than an agency
An agency bills similar audit at €5,000-25,000 for equivalent scope. Difference: at agency, you pay sales + project manager + senior consultant supervisor + junior consultant executor + structure margin. Here you pay the person doing the work — no intermediary.
Frequently asked questions
Negotiable?
No on the fixed fee itself. Yes on scope — if some steps aren’t relevant (e.g., “Consent Mode audited 3 months ago, GA4 focus only”), I can remove that part and reduce proportionally.
Success-fee accepted?
No, deliberately. An audit must be independent: if my pay depends on number of anomalies found, I have bias to find many. Fixed fee guarantees alignment.
Free audits?
No. Initial scoping (30 min video) is free and qualifies the perimeter. Beyond that, audit is billed. “Free audit” by a provider typically loss-leads for selling a more expensive rebuild — not my model.
Payment terms?
30% deposit on PO signature, balance on report delivery. Standard 30 days, bank transfer.
